Could the plot/ward text bug be the cause?

Edit/reply: Beings we can only make 20 posts a day and I'm already limited by this one single post for today (gg SQE), to answer you below - yeah, I realize it was made during the lottery purchase time, how else could they purchase an entry? The entries aren't the issue - the results of the lottery are. Again, all we can do is speculate because we have zero information on how anything works, but just a text issue on results is relatively easy to fix and that's just a visual issue they can fix on the backend. The winning bids are a completely different beast and the database entries for those are what's screwed up.
Just my take on it. It makes me want to log in and go check the opposite of where I was, but I'm so fed up with this crapfest, I don't wanna log in to even play.

Just to check , the date this happened was after the lotto started, not before, so couldnt it affect the 0 problem ? For eg people went in the lotto when the plot/ward was wrong, then they hot fixed it, but it stuffed the lotto entries and included the 0?
