When personal houses are getting absolutely hammered down by tickets ? Yes they do need to be filled, otherwise they are not needed and they should be given for personal owners who are all struggling to get a house, even more with this sytem.
These were probably the people from the start crying that their "FC NEEDS A HOUSE" because their huge number of members don't have a venue for events and activities...
Nearly empty FC wards was something I pretty much expected because of the FC size and duration requirements they posted. I feel like most likely the majority of the FC's that got homes in the FC wards in Ishgard probably used it as an opportunity to upgrade to a larger house.
When the unclaimed FC only plots will be open to private buyers? Ishgard seems ghost town even on old server like Zodiark, almost all medium / small plots around my FC one have 0 bidders.
They wont, that's where the issue us, they will stay as FC plots until eventually SE decides to make them personal, which we have absolutely no info about. Even if they are empty, they will stay empty as fc plots.
Whenever they decide to patch it. Which could be anywhere from tomorrow to beyond 10.0.
Please, look forward to it.
While I do agree that the 18wards for FCs is high even on Mateus. The bigger issue is the lottery itself. Our FC bid on a large with 9 of our members bidding on the house. We were the only bidders and lost to a 0. Bug yes…but as we walked around we saw that no one seemed to have won in the ward, and more than 90% of the houses didn’t even have bids. So if they fix the issue with the lottery…we will literally be the only people in the ward.
It's not only that, as a FC leader, I can assure that it's much easier to raise funds to a Large house, problem is there's only 3 of them per subdivision which heavily limits our choices.
We're trying to get a Large house for years now![]()
I think the biggest problem here is that the developers are fixated on conformity. They have not taken into account that there are very real differences in terms of server populations and even what drives the people in different regions.
