Each time they try to 'fix' the housing system, it seems to get worse. I say this as someone lucky enough to own a house already - the most efficient and fair approach would be to just invest in instanced housing. It works for the likes of Elder Scrolls Online and people don't have to worry about losing access to their house if they decide to take a break in that game.

This is extremely sad to see. I feel worse for people who were the only ones to bid and STILL lost than my own loss today. Way to have hopes crushed. I'd suggest not to accept the refund.
