



They need to be claimed by the winner for the house to be sold. If they don't claim it it goes back for bid in round 2.


For FCs, they can have multiple members lotting on multiple locations, so even if 3 of them all won their bids, and were the only lot on a property, they'd still have to decide which home they want to keep and which they want to pass on.
I'm assuming they just kept it across the board for all property types to keep it more streamlined as some properties will have refunds to give out, others won't. Would be more confusing.
