True with regards to Dragoon and Monk. The Black Mages in my group find BLM no different than THM with regards to damage output. Again, the BLMs I know prefer THM for anything serious.

Now I am wondering how they are playing there BLM that the fact that they can basically fully replinish there MP pool with convert. which means basically right out of the gate, double the burst damage. group that in with bards song that speeds up MP replinishments and you have even more output. Not to mention there AoE crowd control benifit.

Just because each individual cast isn't a massive damage boost over thm doesn't mean they output less damage. With the massive injection of MP avaliable they should either be doing significantly more damage or playing a job they are more capable at.
