Can't enter lottery to relocate FC house

Got this error while attempting to purchase an entry to a FC lottery on my alt character.

1. Are you trying to relocate your FC house?
Yes

2. Did you buy the FC house or was the FC house bought by someone else?
It was purchased by my main character on the same account from the placard a few months ago.

3. Do you own a private on the same server?
Yes, my main owns a personal house. This character with the issue only owns a private room of the FC house.

4. Do you own any other private or FC houses on other servers?
No

5. Are your FC members able to put in a lottery ticket for the FC?
Yes, other FC members from separate accounts could put in lottery tickets. Only this character is having issues.

6. Are you able to put in a lottery ticket to relocate the FC on your alts?
I attempted it on my main who had bought the original house we were reloing from (she is also the FC leader) and she COULD put into the lottery. I only have one alt with housing unlocked and she is the one having issues.

That's crazy, Brulee. You and myself, too , should be able to bid to relo our house. Have you put in a ticket for a bug yet? I did this morning. Other friends that own an FC and a personal are not having issues placing bids to relo their houses.

Hey everyone,
I don't think the problem has anything to do with being the leader or not of the FC.
I have the same bug while trying to relocate the FC house of my alt, but the FC leader has no problem entering the lottery.

I'll try to give all the information in case it can help:
I have 8 characters on the same server, spread out into 3 FCs (none of them are leaders of their respective FC).
At least three of my characters bought a FC house at one point, two of them still "live" in it.
At least three of my characters have had a personal house at one point, I currently only have one on my main.
I have no house on any other servers.

The character I tried (and failed) to enter the Ishgard lottery with:
- is not leader of the FC
- has a FC house
- never bought any house themself (personal or FC)

The leader of the FC had no problem entering the lottery for relocation with three characters on the same account. He was not the one who bought the house in the first place.

PS: excuse my English, it's not my main language.
PPS: yes, we are roleplayers, we need all those characters

If it can help I was able to bid as a FC leader, for a relocation from a small to a medium.
My char Aya was also the buyer of my current house, and I don’t owe a personal besides. (I had one but released it a few months ago because I felt selfish having to houses for myself.)
I only play on Phoenix and don’t have any properties but my current FC small house.

I'm the FC leader on my main and cannot bid to relocate it. That should be possible since to bid since I own the FC.

My alt in the FC had the winning bid on the small cottage. However, the alt does not meet GC requirements to bid now. I only used an alt to try for an FC house because I didnt want to misclick and relocate my personal medium on my main.
I still get the message I an unable to purchase/bid today. :-( Maybe I will wait for maintenance and hope they fix it.

You ONLY get 1 ticket per session, so if you used one already for a private house, you need someone in your FC to try and buy the new FC one, so you later on if you win the bet can relocate to it.

That's not the problem here for most of us. I haven't put in ANY ticket, private or otherwise, and I'm unable to put in a ticket to relo the FC house.

Have you tried after the hotfix maintenance? There was a comment in there that said:

■ The following issues have been addressed.
・Players were unable to enter the housing lottery for relocation under certain conditions.

I’d be curious if this hotfix addressed the issue, or if it’s still proccing under certain conditions.

My sources tell me it's still an issue for some.

Yes, Still an issue for me. As FC leader I cannot relocate/bid. Same message as always. :-(
