    Carbuncle casts Radiant Aegis and is turned into other carbuncles, egis and demi-summons during trances. It does serve a purpose. But I won't deny it could at least have some sort of animation play out for specific moments.

    It serves the purpose of being an useless and annoying gimmick that actually hinders you? It is doing a great job.
