About *that* mysterious being in 6.1 (spoilers)

I'm expecting the avatar is probably going to be the critical factor that's going to inevitably make the whole Azdaja rescue plan go sideways. If it's really our shard as Yoshi hinted, I could see it being the 13th's equivalent of Ardbert; a soul who may have had direct involvement in their world's fate and is seeking to remedy it by any means necessary.

I do find it a bit strange that it mentions being "returned at last" because avatars were described as just being a manifestation of a voidsent's power as opposed to them actually crossing over to the Source. Perhaps it had somehow lost its physical body and ended up using Zenos' body as a replacement in the wake of his demise? It's also been stated that voidsent can't truly die while in their home of the 13th as they have no Lifestream left to return to.

As far as Golbez and the fiends go, I'm expecting them to be the plot for the trial series as opposed to having any direct involvement in the MSQ.
