Ravana isn't dead it's actually over populated and I sometimes get a log-in que of lower then 50 but it's still a que suggesting non dead status

The queue is shared across the entire DC, so it's not indicative of Ravana.
It also isn't an indication of the current logged in player count, it's just the amount of players logging into the DC at the same time, so they can regulate the flow of characters connecting in.
