    I had a similar bug one time – it also started in Eureka, but in Anemos. I had a big ball of light floating in front of my character that persisted through class changes until I logged out. I don't think other people were able to see it.

    This happened with a friend's glowy red mage weapon at one point in Eureka; the glow for the focus persisted even after he changed classes.
