I mean, best I can think of is that Reaper exists due to Westerners wanting a scythe job. Japan was mostly indifferent to it. I think that's about the extent of how much they listen though, but that's a story for... ten other threads (yikes).

I mean, they don’t always fully make gameplay changes in response to Western feedback, but I was replying to a forum post about the supposed lack of listening altogether. My Hrothgar self would like to keep his lovely and cute ears for newer hairstyle options, yes.
