and where is your measurements? for someone chastising us for being angry, you sure are hypocritical for talking out your backside.

I have never claimed, that it is a ressource thing. And i mentioned it before, that it is only a speculation from my side. But for me this speculation seems very likely because i am a software developer and i have also to watch some limits. Like a database query should not take longer than 500 milliseconds etc. Because it is annoying for the users when they have to wait.

And the only thing, which could work is when you vote with your wallet. Other feedback, many companies do not understand.

Not only do we lose our ears for hairstyles that No one asked for, but we STILL have to buy a fantasia just to change our hairstyle. The fact they made no mention of us being able to switch them at the Aesthetician speaks volumes. and that incredibly vague point about them moving "facial features" to hairstyles just pisses me off infinitely more. I am tired of being treated like a third class citizen because they cant be bothered to sit down and fix the actual problems, and instead apply ugly workarounds that no one wants.

no one said that you don't have a right to be angry lol, I'm saying to just dial it back and don't direct it at other forum users. Direct it at SE because the playerbase, IMO, does deserve a reasonable explanation other than "it had to be this way, pls understand". But because all we DO get is "it had to be this way, pls understand", it's understandable that people will speculate as to *why* other than "SE greedy and lazy".

I'm so vehemently disappointed with the Hrothgar hairstyles after waiting for so long I endured. I was waiting for the preliminary patch notes to make sure it wasn't an April Fools and now here we are....

I completely echo what most people have said on this thread that they look awful and half-assed and completely out of touch.

I'm really happy with the Hrothgar race and I've been really patient with the entire dev team and excuses that have been thrown our way over the last few years, but I just can't get accept them anymore. "We can't because..." Clipping, Technical difficulties, Unique structure...

I'm sorry (not sorry) but the dev team have placed these limitations on themselves and then dare to use these excuses after promising the very bare basics of new hairstyles. They created the corner they backed themselves into, so they really need to fix what's causing them. I know as a non-game developer this is easier said then done.

If they can spend time and effort on a new Ultimate fight for the 2% that want hardcore content, then surely they can put time and effort into some decent hairstyles for a player base of 3%? Not some last minute crap that we saw on the LL.

Hrothgar are the ONLY race that requires you to use a fantasia if you want to change your hair. That's REAL WORLD MONEY - I can't believe that's been an acceptable thing for so long. What makes everything more insane is that Yoshi-P himself wanted a more beast like race for players, almost like a pet project and now even seems like he doesn't care about them anymore.

I do love this game and I've spent almost 10 years with it, but the almost derogatory ambivalence the dev team have towards Hrothgars is really starting to leave a sour taste in my mouth and I'm very much considering voting with my wallet by not subbing anymore.

I see a lot of people comments about 'don't use mods its against the TOS' but COME ON. If modders can make Hrothgars be able to use hats and have different hairstyles then surely the dev team can do it officially. The fact that I even have to consider modding my game to be able to wear a hat or have a different hairstyle is damn right laughable and a tragedy because 'I could get banned for wanting the bare minimum.'

I'm glad that even people who aren't Hrothgars are disappointed by this mess and I'm glad that it seems to be a topic across all regions. Please let's not accept this lazy attempt to appease us and start being louder and keep up this thread and any other forum where the same feelings are being conveyed.
