i post on the ps3 and its not that easy to make a large post. There isa limited amount of text space on the ps3 chat.

If there was an easy way to do what I need to do. I woulda done it. I'm not a flippin idiot amd if I have to say im on the ps3 again ima question everyones IQ (kidding)

Also the STF only handles rmt and is currently down because of the bettle changes. You report harrassing behavoir to gms.

maybe put it in your sig, I dont think it is an issue but if people ask about it a lot maybe putting it in your sig will cut that down some.

I think its more of a request to allow blocking the entire account of a user when you black list their character instead of allowing them to assault a player on a different character once the user realizes they've been black listed.

Reporting the player to a GM is the best thing to do. First you are protecting yourself but and more importantly, protecting other players.

GMs do care of these cases, if someone is sending you tells with one character, you blacklist him, then he does it again with another character, report both character to a GM and actions will most likely be taken. It is not hard for them to link character owner, especially when the account used is the same (or I don't know maybe the IP as well etc.).

Blacklisting a whole account is only a workaround. Such players should be removed from the game and not simply ignored.

It would be nice, though, to have an account blacklist to work in conjuction with that. I've never had to contact a GM in FFXIV, but I know that GM tickets in other games can take a while to be resolved.

While reporting the person certainly would be an important step when harassment is occurring, the ability to blacklist the account without GM involvement would also be nice.
