    And another thread by someone who thinks that merely instancing housing plots will magically solve all issues with server load.

    they have resolved the issue with server load with the introduction of Shadowbringers and it worked expertly with Endwalker's launch.
    these instances would not need be bought but instead be rewarded to players for completing the main game etc the only gil cost would be in building a house of your choice an size within this privatized instanced land mass.
