There were two NPCs involved
1. The Disreputable Priest at the Wolves' Den Pier: sold level 60 dyeable gear for wolf marks. This gear could be used to obtain titles and would end up on the Calamity Salvager. At least one title was needed to obtain the mounts.
2. A special Gold Saucer Attendant at the Gold Saucer: sold level 1 gear that could not be dyed for MGP. This gear could NOT be used to obtain titles and would NOT end up on the Calamity Salvager.
