Almost Everyone asked for existing hairstyles to be added, not new hairstyles.
But this is just further proof (for me) that the XIV dev team doesn't take western forums into consideration.
You all should know that asking for existing hairstyles to be added to Hroth/ Viera is a monkeys paw
Maybe ask for NEW hairstyles like so many of us have been trying to convince the majority to do

Closing their eyes and plugging their ears waiting for people to finally snap and say "All right, just give us something at this point!" so they can go "A-ha! Well, here is what you asked for!" ?

It was a cynical jest, many of us are used to be being burned like this- you either get burned or hate the result you are given (like housing for example)

I think saying they were hard at work for 3 years in secrecy is giving them too much credit unless we have yet to see more.
But from the examples we do have, I'd say atleast 3 months on and off at work lol
