That's a player issue, this thread is asking about what looks like a bug.

You weren't full health. If I'm looking at the right log, you were at 93% and your AST was at 98%, while the first Fountain pop deals 99% of your max health in damage. It's fairly easy not to notice, has happened to me once or twice.

Same here. To both myself and my co-healer. First fountain hits like a truck. I’d recommend tossing a Druo on yourself if you think you need the HP, assuming you have an extra stack (or can allocate Rhizomata to it). Your cohealer can always use CI on themselves if they’re an AST. If you want to go super safety gamer mode, you can do a single-target E. Diagnosis. Not the most optimal, but neither is dying to the first fountain.
