Few friends list suggestions

Few suggestions for the friends list.

1. Online notifications. When a friend logs in, show a system message. Every other game I've played does this. Why this one does not 10 years in is mind boggling.

2. Dynamic status updates. I should be able to see foljs come online, enter duties or even change worlds without having to manually change tab then back again to refresh the list. Again, other games have no problem doing this.

Just a couple qol changes mostly. I'm tired of constantly opening my friends list to see if someone came online.

I would love online notifications for the friend's list.

Online notifications would have made sense before cross world play.
The system struggles a bit on a manual update on the friends list itself.
I can't imagine that thing attempting to sync and notify across the entire data center at any interval.

3. A comment section would be also nice. It is often, that the players rename their characters. And i do not know who they are with the new name.

Anything relating to the friends list seems to be very difficult for them to change. It might not be difficult for other games but it seems like it is in this one.

It's not just technical reasons either. Because of how considerate Yoshi-P is, he contemplates all of the possible side effects of changing the friends list and has said that the way it functions is mostly intentional.

Reorder my friend list would be nice too. So I can cluster friend groups and put certain people on the top.

My top of the friendlist is long row of offline people, that I dont want to delete because they play occasionly during a full moon.

I played a game a long time ago where you could put a custom status message in your FL, like discord. I miss that feature lol

I literally have not played a game without these until FF14.
