Meteion and Zenos?
No thank you.
Between Meteion's forced moe-blob baby talk and Zenos's existential spoiled bratiness, I would probably have to do the unthinkable and skip MSQ cutscenes. :B
I wouldn't mind Meteion appearing around zones in the background in her bird form, like Alpha does after clearing the Omega storyline. Not involved or even doing much of anything, just poking around and exploring the realm. Just a nice little Easter egg for people who bother to notice. But I don't really want to see her back in the spotlight.
As long as Estenien is still a Scion and doesn't go back into "hiding" again I don't mind who joins us. Personally I would love to see Gaius join the Scions. Jullus too. He really grew on me.
Gaia/Loghrif, Ryne. Captain Lyna.
I miss the First.
In Eorzea, hmm well... new NPCs?
No more twins please.
The next batch of Scions will be comprised of only Namazu yes yes.
So is this kind of like a 'choose an entourage that are not current Scions and can't be a city state leader' kind of thing?
If so, I would need just a handful of very reliable peeps, which would include:
Gaius
Gosetsu
Sadu
Yugiri
Nidhana
We will also need at least one potato... Pipin will do.
Talk about the Archon Loaf version of the Scions.
I'd hope so, though I get the impression that they really want to 'move on'... it's not long until 6.1, at least, to see how things are gonna go. Also Fordola's a good one, need more cynical and realistic no-nonsense types. Bonus points if she interrupts someone's monologue. Having some of the secondary Scions who rarely get any time to shine like Hoary Boulder, Riol, etc. would also be nice.I was honestly expecting Fordola and Gaius to have much more of a presence in Endwalker given the Garlean-related matters and the former expressing a desire to learn just what in the world she had been a part of all along with the weirdness surrounding Zenos and the Telophoroi.
Though overall, I'd take any excuse to see more of the secondary non-Scion characters in general.
I could still reasonably see a plot involving those characters playing out in Ilsabard.
Garlemald has fallen, but the bulk of its armies remain at large and with intentions questionable given that they were disinclined to rally behind Nerva despite him being the only heir apparent other then Zenos, and only the first, third, and tenth legion seemed to actually have interest in reclaiming the capital.
It really gives me a strong vibe that there's a storm brewing still.
I am all for a party where the dialogue consists of
[nods, smiles]
"KWEEEEEEEEH"
<bleep><boop>

I'd suggest Alpha and Omega.
But the thing is, they can't talk either.
