Because Esuna is a non-mechanic after Stormblood or so. And players can't be bothered optimizing their ARR dungeon runs. Those are quite literally relics of a very different game.But these aren't Dots. This is stuff that can make your life even as a healer more difficult and cause a wipe cause trash> boss. Heck how many times have we all seen mass death because the Healers did cleanse doom either by Esuna or curing to full? Depending if there isn't something like the pads in Quarn or WoD that the individual can step on and remove themselves. Yes the game should do a better job at teaching these things. It might, but I can't really remember if it does in game. I know we got it in the patch notes when the line was added. It does have a thing on it in the UI guide of the Play Guide via the lodestone so at least it's somewhere.?



You mean in Savage cause I know the gremlins in Holminster still cause a slow debuff. Which was the main annoyance that misery did. Which surprise surprise comes from the same enemy. There's still cleanable doom-esque in EW.
