People nearly always assume someone making a mistake is an idiot and intentionally griefing the group and thus respond aggressively. Very often it's a misunderstanding, or they're used to a different strat with their static, or they're on a new position and missed something minor and it can be cleared up with a quick friendly explanation. If the player in question doesn't respond after the explanation, that's different, but at least try first before ruining the run and spreading bad mood. PF is a group without a raid leader where everyone is expected to just know a standard universal PF strat that often differs from online guides. It's not surprising it goes badly.

In your case, while pulling North is good for uptime, your dps are completely at fault because the tankbuster and Fireplume are two entirely different mechanics. There is zero reason to stand inside the boss during tank tethers.

I'm tired of Leeches in MSQ roulette and the people that don't vote kick them.

The instances are long enough when everyone is contributing, why carry the dead weight?

I'm usually one of the people who initiates those kicks....and last time I did so, the vote was rejected, but the tank that was AFK for most of the run started to actually do something. Little late since it was at Ultima when they started doing anything other than AFKing.

Wooooh, P4S has been defeated.
I barely had any practice at all on Act 3 and 4 but was fairly confident and no practice at any of the others, and it was a clear for friend group I think ( someone else was the friend lel ) with a lot of people who had already cleared so I felt the pressure to perform.
It went perfectly except for me choking at the end and I got hit by one of the cleaves that gives damage down just completely zoned out ( in my defense, so did the MCH who had already cleared ).
I made up for it with the lb 1 the second before enrage hit tho lol, when people started spamming chat to use it I was already at it out of desperation.

So happy to have the whole thing done, P4S was way more intimidating than it was hard for me I just went in expecting it to be completely insane.
I even won the chest piece too which I need on both SAM and NIN haven't decided yet, WAR got the weapon.

It's not quite as huge as with P3S for me considering how long that took and how many more memes I had to deal with, but I still feel a big relief.
Next tier I am definitely starting week 1 I've learned my lesson.
I started so crazy late just kept putting it off week after week after week and then kept putting the next boss off too.

It's a fun fight imo, I am not sure if I like P4S or P1S more since I have so little experience with P4S in comparison.
But I'd probably rank them P1S>P4S>P2S>P3S but P4S and P1S about the same in terms of fun.
Maybe I am biased against P3S.

Pinax was the practice/ first clear meme in P4S.
For weekly clear groups it's Curtain Call xD?

Had wipes four times in a row before weekly clear group disbanded to that at the very end, I don't understand how everything can go so smooth but then someone screws something that simple up.
All you have to do is break the tether at 12s and 7s for dps or tank/ healer that's it.
How can you manage all the other mechanics flawlessly and then screw up four times in a row on that I am at a loss for words.

In P3S I also had a tank that screwed up every time, last attempt before we disbanded he almost clipped me with the bird add I had to adjust super quick he was running right next to me like the moment the birds went off.
And then he placed the fledglings facing inwards on the first ones and on fountains it was MTR and he ran right across the middle the moment the birds popped both me and the other melee were in the middle too to pick them up but he got one and then ran who knows where with it and we had to adjust.
Before we disbanded he complained that '' that's why I asked '' when he got shit for it which he did at the start, and we answered him twice that it was MTR.
The way he ran also made it seem like he unintentionally picked the birds up because he didn't know what he was doing, it's not like he stacked in mid he just ran with boss aggro straight across the middle to the wrong side to begin with too.

I joined another group right after and who else joined?
Well, first the other melee.
But who joined after that?
The tank...

The party leader seem'd disinclined to replace the tank, godspeed to you group members who got him as your tank me and the other melee left.
I am pretty sure he was wearing moonward gear too lel.

Bad enough is our self-assigned EX1 Safety Triangle (... which shouldn't be necessary by now) dying to every mechanic. Worse is their macros.

The trick attack/Feint macros are annoying - but that F-Word swear in the middle is also likely more than enough to get them a visit to Mordian Gaol and associated holiday too. Most days I let those minor sweary-slips slide, but with the macro spam it would have pushed me right over the line.

Ah, I see "the land, the land" after the verraise attempt on the boss, so you had the big blue guy with the vulnerability stack fists and "flesh of my flesh" so it was a snake slide as well.

Let me guess, ignore the fists and burn the boss, but from the random positioning of the bodies, it looks like a snake slide to his fist side and everyone was trying to run back when struck a third time? Well, outside the RDM who sadly had shaky hands and couldn't get up a healer.

Second P4S clear and I got the mount with a 99 roll lol.
It really does feel like a weird curse and a blessing at the same time, the WHM wep dropped and I rolled 3 and 8 on the chests ( 3 on the weapon ).
It was the same in EX1 but on my first clear, I got the mount with a 99 roll too.

I am actually happy that the person in the first try to clear today failed so hilariously on curtain call four times in a row now xD.
Thank you for your epic fails, you got me a lucky mount.
I have a very bizarre luck with mounts it seems it's like the game wants me to have mounts but not the gear it's very strange.
