We're well past the point where they're going to even look at doing any further changes to Bozja / Zadnor.

Even ARR content still gets changes. Bozja is getting less people everyday, and the few that still go in it are there just to do zone 3 fates to level their secondary jobs. I know dalriada can be done with 3-4 ppl, i have done it, but even that amount of people is hard to find during the day. The raid shouldn't be doable only during evenings, if that starts to become the case then some changes need to be done.

Spend enough time in there and you'll get it. Some of those notes used to only be available in duels. I stumbled on my last note earlier this year and I've been going a lot since Bozja first started.

The hunt grind is only kMMO bad if you feel like you need to get it ASAP instead of gradually grinding it out over the course of an expansion or even multiple expansions.

As far as the field notes go, it's arguably gotten easier now that the duel competition isn't as stiff, and I don't think it's really unreasonable that the "easy way out" is only available to players of a higher skill level who can qualify for/clear duels.

Those hunting achievements were put into place as long term goals. Anyone who treats them like a korean MMO grind only has themselves to blame. The Bozja grind is far less intense, though I do feel that it needs to be tweaked a bit with there being a lot less people in there nowadays. Hunts never really die. Bozja content will without proper incentives. It simply wasn't future proofed very well.

I was about to lose my sanity, so i ended up doing menenius duel to finally get my last missing note. However, i still hold my opinion that people that prefer to opt for the casual method of grinding the raid should eventually be rewarded to compensate for the extremely bad luck.

This in no way makes the duel pointless, it's still a 100% drop that will spare people from the painful grinding, lots of lockboxes, fast mettle/exp, an achievement and title, and it's an interesting fight to do just for the pleasure of the hard content gamers.

I don't see how asking for a compensation of extreme bad luck for people who have grinded dalriada for, lets say, 70+ runs is too much to ask. It's the same principal as trials totems.

I just want to spend my loadsome of platinum coins to buy the mount that was mentioned being droppable in Dalriada... I have never ever seen that mount dropping from all runs I've done to clear all relics & subsequent ones to help people. I know it exist, but I'm starting to think it's a myth for me.

Perhaps they could've done the same with some of the rarer field notes... but who knows /shrug

I feel like something needs to be changed somewhere. I've spent the last 2 weeks trying to get the Lyon notes from Castrum with 0 luck, and it looks like alot of others on my DC are in the same boat. Now I'm trying to do the duel, but the Red Chocobo CE can go wrong so easily due to other people that it's just a mess, and having to wait an hour for it to respawn isn't fun or engaging content. I have no other reason to be in the Southern Front and it's just getting to the point where it's a miserable grind.
