Tenants and friends cannot reset the demo timer on a personal house. It can only be reset by having the character that owns the house enter it.

If it's feasible and you'll be in the same region during your internship (NA, EU or whatever it might be), you might want to obtain a PC license for your service account if you'll have access to a PC and would be allowed to download the game to it during your internship.

Account sharing is against TOS but would be a last resort if you have a trusted family member or friend that could log into your account and move your character into your house to reset the timer while you are away.

No guarantee that demolition will still be suspended in May and June.

Also, don't need to stay subscribed to keep a house when demolition is suspended. Demolition isn't tied to subscription status, only entry to the house. Players in the past have taken advantage of the free log in periods for unsubscribed players to reset their demo timers when they aligned with demolition suspension.
