but is that first part refering to those ring wraith thingys?

I'd hope so. It's frustrating that we were shown all these things from the storyline and they've seemingly been dropped. I hope they return for 2.0 and Sil'Dih will be a new zone like the Necrohol of Nabudis from FFXII.
