This and the real reason behind the EW release issues are clearly detailed on Queue Anon discussion groups.
Im like that when I do have to visit Limsa
I sit back at a distance wondering what the hell is going on a bit like Bill Murrays character in Lost In Translation
I've dressed like Mr. Rodgers since I was a teenager. Eventually my age will catch up to my style.
There are worse role models I could have had. I love me a good cardigan.
My coworkers who are younger and didn't know Mister Rodgers think I look nice... or professor-ish. It actually works well in tech.

They are getting paid. Not volunteered.It\\'s not uniquely about a generational gap and style that may appear outdated or foreign, with different codes and manners to you, but those of you who think you are original by being in the multitude criticizing job\\'s style (like reaper) by stating they are too edgy, emo, or dark metal with a touch of old fashion cringe for your tastes, lest you forget that you will very probably also face much harsher criticism from your younglings and childrens of the future, if not already now, for the same type of "sins" you might only think you percieve.
Let that be clear, from the uniform of the firefighter and policeman wears, to the tie and blue shirt of the trader and buisenessmen, to the fursuit and s*x toys that are sold surrounding these themes and hippies accessories and clothing...
You were all made by the system and programmed at some point to become exactly what you are within the confine of the system, and standardized to become a "customer" and a consumer of these things. And to your childrens and future generations that may be standardized in an ever digitalized world to be brought up in robotics, transhumanism, more and more coding and everything digital or augmented reality, your programmed "likings" and tendancies, in every aspect, art, clothing, ways of thinking, line of thinking, of doing things, will be shamed all but the same ways if not harsher, with more hurting words and definitions that you wouldn\\'t believe someone could come up to for these times will also be so different and out of your "touch" that you may also feel hurt from the judgement.
So, maybe remember that even older folks that are part of any dev teams, have had their tastes CODED and programmed by the system, movies, literrature, yada yada also, of their times and allways driven by the need of the system, at any given time of the era, and the individual\\'s ways and personality are always formed by the drippling consequences of theses ways the system perpetuate, adapt to, and transform and make into clothing codes, a visual style, a mode, a product, a merchandise of it\\'s time.
The lack of care and respect you are showing them, i wouldn\\'t exactly call it elderly abuse of course but, it will be the exact mirror you will face later on in life for your personal likings, you can rest assured it will be 2000% the case. So maybe try to keep it in mind, find some consideration for the things they found beautyfull and interesting in their eras, and if it\\'s not to your liking, try to express it with some modicum of respect, or maybe just move on because we can allways put some water in our wine and respect our elders, "tolerate" them. Because most of you probably already do it with your parents after a certain age, and your grandparents too.
Lmao I replied to wrong quote but mobile won't let me edit
You get the idea
It's OK, one of my personal joys is having various things go out of fashion, just to get rediscovered again and become the latest rage. Even better if I kept a few things on hand and i don't need to run out and shop, since it usually burns out really quickly again!I've dressed like Mr. Rodgers since I was a teenager. Eventually my age will catch up to my style.

Maybe realize that the current game is good and that we should encourage the team to keep making it better rather than being overly spiteful.
