Is the Xbox version still a thing?

It's really in Microsoft's court now. As you say, they're going to have control of WoW in a year and will no doubt port it to Xbox. Now that they've got what's effectively the top MMO title, do they think they would still benefit by having FFXIV?

SE only stands to gain by adding Xbox players to the game. There's no reason not to want FFXIV going to Xbox short of things like the XBL Gold issue getting in the way.

My only defense is... we have the moon T.T - I love the moon. :c - But yeah I dunno if Microsoft cares anymore. To be honest do you think Sony stopped them? They are keeping the other FF titles off xbox apparently.

Thats what I'm wondering too. With Bethesda they have Elder Scrolls: Online and Fall Out 76. While ESO might not have the same clout, its still one of the more popular MMOs and they gave it Xbox-only enhanced upgrades while ignoring the Playstation version. The also brought over PSO2:NGE and now they got WoW in the roster soon.
