"You pull, you tank" is a bad mentality

Not to toot my own horn here but I'm a pretty skilled tank and I couldn't care less if the DPS or Healer pulls ahead of me. In fact, I appreciate it because this means the mobs will be lumped together and thus, easier to pick up off them.

Sorry but no skilled tank would let DPS get ahead of them and pull before them. Just not happening in the high end tank category. You should always be ahead and be able to pull them yourself no problem.

I last leveled GNB to 90 and there might have been one time I merely stopped on-the-run to wall because i didn't get hit all the things the first time, and someone ran ahead which is cool. I put Aurora on the red DPS and that brought the mobs towards me. Cause you know as a healer, if you put regen on something the small aggro goes to you automatically and GNB has one. Work smarter, not harder.

Some tanks are just scrubs. If you don't want to pull wall-to-wall, you're really just saying you don't want to push buttons, cause that's all it is.

As someone who has played tank in the majority of content. Anyone complaining about w2w these days just shouldn't play the role in my opinion. It's the easiest role in the game, just do it.

I queued a dungeon with a couple friends yesterday. The random DPS we got charged straight out of the gate. Long story short, after 5 minutes were up, we dropped them.

Stop supporting poor behavior with excuses like tanks not being good at their job. DPS have the easiest job. Just have the tiniest bit of patience and let the tank do theirs.

Because holding w, using an aoe and pressing 3 buttons is min/maxing.
