Devs, please make job crystals in lv 31+ content mandatory.

Is this a normal occurance though? I've been playing for years now and I've - never - seen anyone being a class instead of a job outside of being sprouts in an early dungeon.

TBH it's pretty minor, but I'm more bothered by the lack of a defined purpose for Classes nowadays, it being only relevant for a tiny fraction of the game. They lost their purpose as soon as SB came in with role action consolidation.

There are people that don't bother with job quests so either they don't have the stone or don't have abilities that come with them. On top of that ilvl requirement for dungeons is low so you can get a perfect "problem" when things combine. Part of the blame is on the game as it doesn't really state about new poetics set unlocked or that you are missing abilities from job quests...

normal or not it should still be adressed. its not like flaws should be kept because theyre uncommon.

It's not. People run into a player or two like this, then come to the forum or reddit to complain and act like 95% of player base is doing it.

Coming back around to say just because it hasn't personally happened to you, does not mean it doesn't happen at all. People have been seeing an uptick in it happening and it should be a fairly easy QoL change that will only end up helping new players in the long run. While new players may be told in the dungeon it's happening in for later, the game being more obvious would be even better, again coming down to some things are intuitive and other things that should be, are not. Make it more intuitive and enforce job stones after lv31 except for in premades/a toggle, you have a solution and new players will understand the system better.

I personally when I played back in the day saw a whole alliance group trolling by not equipping their job crystals in Syrcus Tower when it was relevant.
