While I only spend a few hours playing every few days, the time I play is enjoyable, and I'll probably continue to come out and play so long as it's a sand box. If someone takes the sand away and builds a water park in it's place, then I might not enjoy myself any longer.

I'm used to going into a city as an "adventurer" and people looking for help. And then I go and help them, and they give me something cool like a ham sandwich.

At the moment, all I'm seeing for things to do is Guildleves, Behest, and...

I'm really hoping when the quests do come that there will be enough to keep me busy for a long time. I hope I will see some easy ones, some hard ones, some quick ones, and some slow ones.

I really hope they come out in bulk and not a few at time so that after 2-3 days, I'll have completed all of the quests offered. There are so many NPCs wandering around the cities and they don't need me. I don't feel wanted.

I'm glad to see Japan recovering from natural disasters, but now I'm going to get back to encouraging improvement of the game.

Eh. I logged it, hit fatigue in a day and a half, and realized that this game goes out of its way to block my enjoyment. I hope they can do something to save it, but I just don't think I have the patience to wait 6 more months or a year to find out. I know some troll earlier suggested that people just 'go back to WoW', and I am actually considering it. =/

It looks like Blizzard has done more in their Patch 4.1 than SE has done since release. =/

All of our LS is there, but we have a pretty hardcore LS. We all play 6+ hours a day and usually hunt/farm things together. To all those who are bored, you need to find a better LS or a better group of people to play with everyday. 1 Negative person and it kills the whole experience. There are tons of things to do other than Leve's and Behests. Yes you can craft, you can farm, you can help other players, hunt nm's, and plenty more.

I do have to agree there is not enough content, but the game is still fun in its current state. Give it time to grow and I'm sure within the next 5-6 months, we will see something huge.

Maybe try new things you wouldn't before, like going out to new areas with your group and taking on different mobs in the higher areas. If you only choose to do leve's and behest's then I can see how you get bored. Quit the mindset of whatever gives the best SP is what I should be doing 100% of the time. This will burn any player out. Do a few leve's, maybe do a behest, then go explore, go fight new things, go do something different.

Everyone, just stay positive, they will deliver new content, I do think they are holding back a lot of content for the PS3 release. They want to get the foundation set first, then launch some good content. Launching content this instant might seem like the best idea for players, but I do think holding off while getting the foundation fixed first is by far the smarter thing to do. If the foundation is broken it doesn't matter how nice the house on top of it is, eventually it will break. So be patient with them, give them constructive feedback and keep the ideas coming.

Threats and negativity will never help a situation, it only hurts it. Please keep your negative comments to yourself, if you think another game is more fun to play, then go play it. No one is forcing you to play this game which is FREE right now. Come back in 6 months and you might be happy, well if you play WoW or Rift, you will be back in far less than 6 months because you will have already done everything in those games too.

This is my current problem besides the lack of. I was having a blast and thinking to myself why did I take a break? Then my "rank bonus" kept increasing and my xp gain became smaller and smaller. I would except fatigue a lot more if it replenished a lot faster instead of having to wait a week... It really sucks that I'm forced to stop having fun to level some other class that is boring.

I even tried leveling other classes but the amount of fatigue you replenish must be very minor when doing so.
Not having a visual fatigue bar also doesn't help to let you know where you are at.

edit: Still having fun but fatigue needs to be fixed(hoping soon)

I disagree there AuctionGirl. I actually think negative comments are some of the best when it comes to improving something. Someone telling me that I am doing a good job really doesn't help me with anything, but telling me exactly what they think I am doing wrong is very helpful.

I understand that staying positive can help you enjoy something (I used to have to tell myself to stay positive back when I worked in a warehouse) but this is a game... it should be providing clear enjoyment in exchange for my money, and for a lot of people, it just isn't. While they may be holding back content for a PS3 release, I have to say that holding content seems like a terrible idea given the relatively little content available right now.

I also think that the idea of changing things up really doesn't fly for me. RPGs are generally about improving your character and interacting with the world. I can improve my character by doing levequests, behests, getting new gear, and grinding mobs for EXP. I can interact with the world by completing story quests, sidequests, talking to NPCs, and running around. Of those 8 basic activities, 5 of them have arbitrary caps on when I can do them or how 'repeatable' they are, getting new gear kind of pitters out once you have what you want (it's not like I can grab a group and go run some dungeons for some neat new items), grinding gets old quickly, and running around just lets you notice the copy and paste structure of the world. =/

I know I sound negative and I know this is longer than 99% of people will ever read, but I think your post expresses your opinions clearly and I thought it was worth responding to with my own thoughts.
