FCs can bid for more than 1 plot under either system. (Because the lottery only looks at the player character, not the FC.)

thought so, so massive fcs will just bid for every single plot, making it hard for personal people to get their houses via lottery
then when saturday rolls and they get the house they wanted, and they win multiple ones, all the other ones they won will be forfeit, and people will have to enter that lottery again for the next week

...and then the RMTers will start abusing this system
