I feel like I am actually going insane.
The billionth time, a RPR with zero melds in Savage ( again totally clueless too ).
And this was twice in a row, we replaced the first one and the second was the same deal................

Then when I pointed it out someone else didn't have them either I want to scream.
It's not only the melds at least the other person who didn't have them knew what to do and wasn't the reason why we wiped.
But there definitely is a pattern here in my experience, DNC too I dunno why RPR and DNC are especially bad with this.


MELDS ARE NOT EXPENSIVE STOP BEING SO DAMN CHEAP.
So many excuses every single time too I've heard them all.
I am not even asking for pentamelding, I am asking for the bare-minimum and a food buff ( I had almost like 8k more health than the second RPR I think ).

Edit: It just happened AGAIN in the same group, and they all conveniently '' disconnect '' every single time I am not sure I believe that it's a genuine dc anymore it's too consistent.
I am up to 2 hours in P1S now because of this rofl I am going insane.
At least this time it was a RDM and not a RPR.

I feel bad for the rest of the group too because it's like always the one person we're trying to replace that is the problem...
Everyone else is getting pretty mad now too.

Edit2: I didn't even realize until now, but I've been at P1S and P2S since I woke up until now, basically all day.
I am both upset at people for putting so little effort in and also for joining clear groups and failing constantly at simple mechanics and now we've just been failing to enrage because people keep screwing up at the arrows..
And I am also uspet at myself for never learning and never starting to clear on reset day...
I make that same mistake every week I gotta be quicker at it because damn.

Edit ageeen: FINALLY, decent group and clean clear.
And my cursed Savage rolls kicks in lol it seems like I am incapable of rolling higher than 50 in there I even rolled two 25's.
I got lucky early in Endwalker and got the first EX mount after that I've had a curse it seems.

In pf I've run into alot of people who's brains melt if required to to any level of improvisation resulting in then just standing there and wiping the party and that's
just with something simple like" if the open spot is somewhere other then your assigned spot just go there" pulling off something like ps2's overcut? yeah that's not happening

The lack of people being able to improvise is something that really annoys me...and I don't do savage content. Not being able to adapt to changing situations, like Orbonne second boss if the MT gets sucked into the void for example, is really annoying when you are on a class that can't correct the situation.

*Tank runs right instead of left with the predatory debuff in P2S*

*DPS runs right then their brain kicks in and they run back to try and go left*

*Wipes the whole group*

In P1S we had a BRD too who was R1 and got the red debuff, but H1 ended up standing on his mark ( long before he did, yes wrong mark but still ).
Did he just move down to H1?
No.
He started freaking out and ran circles around the arena wiping the group.

Have to disagree with you here.

If i have assigned spot on chains i will go there and wouldn't care if someone is sitting there. I would only look at my chain partner if i need to switch or not. If i was that BRD i would have just sit on top of that H1 and wouldn't panic.

I'd just rather not get people killed.
Sometimes shit happens and you need to adapt.

I mean usually the one with the shackles of time stands on blue but it's not uncommon that they just stand still or go to red because they didn't read the macro or they've doing things differently/ don't know or notice.
Are we just supposed to keep standing in red?
No we go to blue and then we deal with it afterwards if we wipe.

On the limit cut in P2S I think it's more understandable because you don't have time to run around looking for another place.
So I just run to my spot and hug it and I am not moving.

I would agree if that would be static where i know wich role each plays.

In PF however if i would try to adjust and didn't make it in time i would be blamed for wipe. So i rather not.

To some extent I get what you mean, but I just do my best and if someone blames me and I know for a fact that I didn't do anything wrong I'll just stand my ground and if I get kicked then so be it it's their loss.
It has happened before and it's annoying but it's very rare.
I do pay a lot of attention tho to what's going on so I typically tend to have a fairly good idea of who's messing up and how.

But tbh I think most people would probably view the person refusing to adapt in a more negative light than someone who just makes a mistake.
It's a russian roulette tho, depends a lot on the people you're in pf with.
