I'd argue making a case in the exact opposite direction. I want more jobs that level like BLM, with fundamental changes to the core rotation periodically. Adding one new button to your combo is boring. I want new skills that completely change how a job is played. Learning how to utilize B3/F3 is one of the best moments in the leveling process.

I'd argue that this is the worst leveling experience out there, since what you learn to be the optimal rotation suddenly turns out to be a god awful rotation.

Some may find it enjoyable, and I would if I played only BLM and could only play BLM all my life, but with 19 classes to play, I'm fed up with 19 gameplays, I don't want a class having 4 different rotations depending on the level.

I don't agree to getting ALL job abilities by 50.
However, at the very least, let the core rotations be set at 50. 60 is acceptable too at this point since we have 90 levels to get to.
    After that, we get:
    1) the extension of our rotations without changing the core too much
    2) enhanced / upgraded version of existing skills
    3) QoL traits for job gauge/resources

An example I can give is MNK since it's the latest job I had leveled from 1 so my memory is still somewhat fresh (this is before EW).
The single / multitarget rotations doesn't change after reaching 50. While some may find it boring, to me it helps in getting the feel of the job much smoother as I build muscle memory. When new skills are introduced as I level up, it isn't a problem to incorporate in the rotations because it doesn't drastically change the basics.

I'm all in agreement that BLM is the obvious culprit of the issue.
It's the only job I refuse to run leveling roulette the higher I get because the rotations are different on its different leveling phase.
Other jobs I don't find much of an issue aside from some getting their AoE skills a bit earlier would be nice (thinks of DRG/NIN and DRK's 2nd AoE skill).

I don't mind being stuck to half of the job's kit at lower levels.
But I do not like having to adjust how I play it every 10 levels because core rotations keep changing.

Trust me, you don't want something too stagnant for multiple expansions. Maybe one expansion won't seem that bad at first, but having multiple expansions with the same core rotation starts to become a bore. Look no further than healers who left in droves because all they do from ARR to Endwalker is just spam 1111111 now. For 90 levels. Every expansion, they get new oGCDs to weave their healing, but the core rotation doesn't change with pressing their single damage button over and over again for 90% of the fight. 1111111 is definitely not fun. Once the initial feeling of new animation novelty goes away, you'll get bored over the same execution of skills over and over and over and over again if nothing new changes the gameplay rotation somehow.

As healer main, yes I fully understand.
You made a good point but honestly, I wouldn't include healer role in this discussion because pressing 11111111 is not really a rotation.
You just press a single button repeatedly. You don't rotate anything (in terms of dps skills).
Whereas other jobs would require you to rotate between at least 3 buttons as the core. Hence why I didn't think of healer when I made the post.

Besides, I'm highly doubtful healers will get meaningful dps rotations at this point. It's useless to even consider it (sad).

We used to have more skills available at lvl 50 in 2.0/3.0 but after they removed cross class skills and rebalanced in 4.0 the lower levels have felt more simplified. Further refinements in last 2 expansions and yes the lvl 50 game is very basic now. I do miss the old 2.0 abilities. Did a low lvl dungeon as a paladin for the first time in forever and suddenly remembered flash was a thing and i so miss flash spam. And warriors fracture ability, i put that on everything i could. Also cross class physic and ice 2 on all the mages.

the game was not built with all the AoE spam that all the classes have now and it would destroy old content to have it. I wish there were some extra buttons to press at low levels as well now, but i dont think that will ever return.

We can all agree that all classes having their AoE rotation at the very least on a lower lever would be great for for the player themselves and they're team. Wanna disagree? Fair enough. Now, boring for me is boring for me, and boring for you is boring for you.

The level sync in this game is years behind most games. Namely Guild Wars 2 and Wow.

And a lot of GW2 players have complained about it. Some quite loudly. They say it is very boring and gives no proper sense of progression. I didn’t agree with them at first, because I was enjoying the less complicated job skills. However, as I got to endgame level, I could see their point. It does get a bit dull.
