If you're that concerned about the appearance that a small imperfection in the teeth (that at least helps make them look different to seekers of the sun) is worth the outrage... then just go Seeker of the Sun. The tribe has zero consequences in the game and not even flavor text is changed. This game has way more serious changes needed than dealing with the fact the typical miqo'te player wants nothing but absolutely perfect waifu/pretty boy cuteness.
