I am a very masculine dude IRL, almost to the point of being meme worthy. In games I prefer expressing myself in ways that I might not otherwise IRL for any number of reasons. I prefer things like miqo'te and viera. Bright flashy colors at every opportunity. I like being the opposite in game of what I am IRL.

In my experience, they tend to burn really easily on a pan. The chicken brand also matters taste wise apparently, so it could be bad because the chicken itself was bad rather than the batter itself?

I prefer grilled food anyways.

Yes, I have to admit that a nice piece of chicken, tossed in a little smear of olive oil and covered in some cajun herbs, then perfectly grilled on the BBQ, served with a fresh salad is far better than battered and fried.

That Eorzean cookbook has been on my to-buy list forever. Those kabobs put it a bit higher on my budget priority, though. Looks delicious!

I guess it all depends if LisSquid is deep frying the nuggets or pan frying them. If she's deep frying them, definitely. The oil cooks the batter evenly.

But, if she's cooking them in a pan, I'd stick with breading.

I get the sense that FF14 players are on average more feminine and less aggressive than players on Lost Ark or WoW. I honestly think FF14 attracts more feminine and LGBT people because of its presentation. You can tell Lost Ark mostly attracts straight dudes with their skimpy female design and male warriors that look like a pure power fantasy. I'm curious if SE intentionally designed FF14 to attract more feminine players.

According to the gay guys in the Show Your Roe thread, there's a sizable population among all of those races relative to the overall racial percentage of players. HeRoes tend to attract the guys who're into the chunky/muscular type, "Bears", or are such themselves, while the more slender races attract the guys into that look. It's probably fair to say that the number of gay men playing HeRoes is a higher percent per capita than gay men playing other races even if the overall number among other races is higher.
