Alliance Raids and players not waiting for Cutscene Watchers

I actually have been leveling an alt specifically to experience the Sprout experience again and the story, and I encountered something like this in Praetorium where ONE person skipped the final Lahabread cutscene and started fighting them while literally everyone else was in the cutscene, so they achieved almost nothing except making the dialogue weird.

I believe this is an exploit which can be reported.
