Alliance Raids and players not waiting for Cutscene Watchers

People want others to wait for hunts.

What people want is nice and all but see below.

There's no such thing as an early pull and unless ... they are doing it to grief players then it's not against the rules.

Being polite is great and all, but until SE adds in game barriers there's no obligation on either an alliance raid pull or a hunt. The same thing goes for asking for people to wait for FATEs and SE only partially addressed this is Bozja.

Edit: The only current way I can see SE forcing people to wait for alliance raids is ... tada ... the same fix for MSQ roulette ! Yikes. Better double up that exp then.
