Feedback, Request: Allow Personal to FC Housing

Workshops need to go to Grand Company like squadrons. Too many people without homes who can't access the feature. This should apply to airships and subs too. They can keep the feature with RC's but expand it so others can have access.

and what do you need a workshop for if you don't even own a house? all the stuff you get from it if housing glamour.
