Can we have instanced housing please?

[Conundrum]

Say what you want about housing in its current state. But when you managed to get one, all the hardwork and patience seems to pay off. With instance housing all of these will be gone when every Jane and John have a house in XIV. Thats probably the reason why they add Island Sanctuary instead of instanced houses.

So basically you want to lord it over others.

P.S. I have a medium house, and I still think instanced housing needs to come for all.
