Because of how terrible the voice previews are, I would very much like changing voices to be an option at the Aesthetician.

When it comes to things like height, bust size, eye shape, gender, race, and the much more permanent features we wouldn't be able to change in the real world, then fantasias should still be needed. I could only imagine the trillion dollar market fantasias would have in the real world. My goodness!
But... we are able to change these things in real life. Height through leg extensions, breast adjustments, plastic surgery, hormones.

Arguing for realism in a game where a two-and-a-half foot tall potato with a three-foot-long sword can stand up to a house-sized dragon while a hulking lion-man throws fireballs and a scale-crusted lizard-man casts healing spells and cat-people shoot never-ending supplies of arrows while playing music, and nobody bats an eye at any of it. Yes, realism is clearly very important here.

He's an aesthetician, not a surgeon. Also, in the real world most people don't have the kind of disposable income for such procedures, so let's not go there.

Surgery is not required to change the shape of your eyebrows. That would be the magic of brushes and tweezers my friend.

Surely we are not going to go from extremes to nitpicking, are we?

He can literally change the bone shape of eyebrows from this:

    to this:

And this shouldn't be possible for an aesthetician isn't it?

EDIT: so yeah, adding eye colors costumization should be possible if this guy can change the eyebrows shape

its contoured make up. There you go, hes just really good at making makeup look like he's changing the bone structure. Good aestheticians should know about makeup.

Funny enough there was actually a thing called Barber Surgeon.

Also plastic surgery existed back in ancient greece.

Lastly, this is a fantasy game, for all we know the aesthetician is mysterious voidsent capable of manipulating others aether.

That looks like a Michael Jackson nose on the right lel.

Edit: On the overall point tho, they're right that it changes your bone structure.
On my Female Highlander for example when I switched eyebrows how much of her eyelid was showing changed that's not something makeup can do.
Makeup can't make the entire outer eyelid suddenly show.

You can very clearly see it too if you look closely when you change.

People are VERY selective with when realism supposedly matters lol.
