If people are constantly reacting negatively to your advice then you're giving it wrong. If all you see are jerks and all that.

this would be a terrible idea, while it would make the roulettes themselves quicker, the waiting times would most likely more than double (and probably quadruple for dps), not to mention that it goes against the intentions of said roulettes themselves

That's not always true. I've given feedback and I rarely get pushback. But I have seen others give feedback and it's not been mean at all. Just really giving info on a mechanic or something and not even addressing someone specifically - and I've seen some random person flip their lid. I've not seen that a lot, but I have seen it a handful of times over the years. I've backed the person up who gave the info but I also chuckle to myself about the person who blew up. Like "way to call yourself out there buddy".
