And then it turns out nin got a variant of the same exact set without the oversized floating shoulder.
Was meant as a random generic example of that which is too common.
Alliance and late allagan set of fending and aiming share the same looks but aiming got it without the cloak. Might edit in a list of shared sets with the minor variations.
Excluding color changes
Edit: Just love the arbitrary selection of which jobs get to share designs...

Oh I see what you mean. My bad.

Thanks for sharing all that. Gear design and what gets what is very strange. Was meant as a random generic example of that which is too common.

Lol, the biggest offender for that I think it's on the 1st Eden tier... the Striking set shares the model of the HEALER set. Like, there's nothing "striking" about it, maybe the trousers can appeal to some style of monk...
We are due to hear news about Glamour system improvements in 6.1, and I strongly hope that, among storage expansion, we will hear more about loose restrictions.
Just to note that some non-relic DoW/L gear is extremely desirable, like ShB trenchcoat with scarf, or the latest shirt with tie and suspenders.

I wholeheartedly agree that glam shouldn't be role locked. Except for artifact gear obviously.
I feel like the point of gear aesthethically is to give classes visual identity, I mean, imagine a white mage running around in tank armor.
