Chocobo Barding

I read in the patch notes that Chocobo Barding was available for purchase at Grand Company headquarters but I haven't been able to find it. I'm with the Immortal Flames and the kitty lady who exchanges seals for items doesn't have it.

Maybe I'm missing it because it's under a different name or something. Has anyone have problems finding it or am I just blind? I was a Flame Private Second class but I upgraded to a Flame Private 1st class if that matters.

[dev1306] Equippable chocobo gear known as ‘barding’ is now available for purchase at Grand Company headquarters to all players ranked Sergeant Third Class or higher. Barding can be equipped at any chocobo stable.

Sergeant Third Class is the next rank up from Private First Class.
