i use pneuma on cooldown because its 300 potency damage every 120s, the earlier i use it, the more i can fit into the fight due to enrage. macrocosmos is broken in p3s. liturgy of the bell is broken in the last phase of the second fight in p4s. expedient is nice, but that's about all i can say about it.

i'm convinced you don't play healers much in endgame content.

you don't want to use Pneuma on cooldown, it does the same damage as Dosis. You use it when you need a chonky heal

In almost every fight you're better off using low cd oGCDs in the opener rather than Pneuma, while saving Pneuma for something sub-2 minutes in. It's simple: if you use your long CDs first, and your short CDs second, you have nothing left the third time around, because everything's still on CD. Also, with the exception of P4S P1, none of those raidwides need immediate healing anyway.
