I directly quoted, from the Balance, the part where they said if your skill speed is too high or your latency is too high you should do the other opener.

The change you're asking for won't fix anything. Here's why.

If they change Bloodsown Circle so that it ends immediately when you reach max stacks, there might be an opening line where Harvest gets used just one or two GCDs later. However, if Bloodsown Circle ends immediately "when you reach max stacks", its duration will be variable, and you cannot with 100% certainty predict whether Harvest will be ready on the next GCD or the one after that. So then instead of a single opening line where Harvest gets used as soon as possible, there will be two opening lines where Harvest gets used as soon as possible because they have to account for Sacrifice capping out at two different times. Then the people who are annoyed that they only ever get to use the opener where Harvest is two GCDs after Circle will get upset that they can't use the opener where Harvest is one GCD after Circle and they'll ask for Arcane Circle to just unlock max Harvest outright. Then we have to have this whole conversation all over again.

That's where we already are. There are two opening lines, one for people who can use Harvest at a certain time and one for those who can't, and the Balance authors recommend that people who can't do the first opener should do the other opener. So just...do the other opener.

Yeah there is going to be a one second delay. It's going to feel awful because the skill speed drift. I don't use big boy openers all that much due to my different playstyle of build long burst big. But I can see your problem. The limitation is rather taxing and unnecessary IMO. Removing the 6 second delay would be better I think.

Most of the vocal minority on the forums is awful. If you want raw opener/rotation discussion you have to stick to Balance or figure it all out yourself.

I hate the balance myself. Don't like it. The data and info is good though.

But I'm a Reaper player so of course I can see the issue you are having. A lot of the other people have too much salt on Reaper for being the DPS king to give helpful feedback.
