Remove the 4s bonus 15%+ from Corundum, change it to a flat 20% for 8s.

This is also bad idea.. Corundum only reliable mitigation skill you can use in Continuation with single weave or you might be forced to use double mitigation skill if your gear not sufficient for tank buster. Time it correctly and it works no need to change it.
Thank you for your reply, but I don't think you've read all of my suggestions either.

First, I have conceded Hypervelocity after Double Down is probably too much, but Hypervelocity is a Continuation and therefore oGCD, it would not need to be skipped during AoE; there is at least as much room in the AoE rotation for Fated Circle as there is in the single target rotation for Burst Strike, if not more, so it follows that there's at least as much room for Hypervelocity to follow Fated Circle as there is for Hypervelocity to follow Burst Strike. Sure, it would do negligible damage, but that's not the point, it would be there to activate my fourth suggestion, which is a mitigation buff on Continuation. You wouldn't Hypervelocity after Fated Circle for the extra damage, you'd do it for the extra mitigation, and the feeling of pulling the Gunblade trigger.

Second, you say "Corundum only reliable mitigation skill you can use in Continuation", but that just agrees with my point entirely. You're already granting that Continuation is going on while you need mitigation, so why not let Continuation also grant mitigation? If Continuation also adds a mitigation buff, then New Corundum + New Continuation >= Current Corundum. See this reply for the explanation:

My suggestion would be a nerf for big single hits and a small nerf for consistent damage. Currently Corundum averages to 22.5%[21.375%] mitigation across its duration. If you stack a flat 20% with the Continuation buff I suggested for big hits the new mitigation would be 28%, it ends up being a small buff if HoC stacks with itself multiplicatively and a small nerf if it self stacks additively. Their combination would also be a moderate buff to average mitigation.
