Shards and revelation from Endwalker (Spoilers)

I made it to the point in Endwalker where we learn that other planets with life (or had life) exist. I read somewhere that the shards dont exist in the same universe as the source. Does this mean that when Hydaelyn did the sundering, she also sundered everything in the universe? So all planets with life are also sundered, including dragons? Is Meteion also sundered?

No its only a local thing, thats also why theres no rescue for the shards if the saurce falls.

Nope, it’s just Earth/Etheirys that is sundered into the 13 shards. The rest of the planets in our universe are empty and dead

The rest of the planets that Meteon found are dead. We have no idea what else might be out there that she and her sisters hadn't come across yet.

We don't know how far out it went or what it all affected. We just know that it didn't reach places like the Dragon home world as both Omega and Midgardsormr aren't sundered beings. They're as aetherically dense as an Ancient. Also no the devs haven't recently decided on this since the last time this topic has come up.

We know exactly how far out it went. The game tells us outright that the planet and all of its inhabitants were sundered. It makes no mention whatsoever of the effect extending further into the cosmos. In fact, the game indicates the exact opposite; that everything beyond the Source and its shards remains whole.
