Sometimes you only like a couple items from a mogstation outfit and it takes alot of space when you purchase alot of stuff.

[QUOTE=PirateCat;5634044]Glamour plates and the log window
I would appreciate it if the messages that appear when you apply a glamour plate were made their own message type. I make heavy use of the General log window, which I keep pretty close to the stock configuration apart from moving crafting action messages out of it. But it gets spammed heavily every time I switch jobs to something that has a glamour plate attached. I don't want to see 6-7 "You cast a glamour." messages.

Please change all the chatlog spam. Another one is the thousands you get from dealing with your retainers.

    You withdrew gil.
They are now selling at x place
You sent them out on x venture
    You spent x ventures

Disable scrolling for chatlog. When people are very talkative its hard to click map links etc

Fishing: When we cast have a window showing what we can possibly catch within that time window with our bait. Example: you can see if the ! at 5 seconds after is the one you would want or if you should just recast.

That is way beyond the amount of information I suspect they want fishing to provide. It also breaks immersion hard. When you go actual fishing IRL, do you know that cods bite quickly, while salmon take a while? No. Given a tug on your line, you have zero ability to predict what fish it is, beyond potentially the strength of the pull (and if you're very knowledge of the surroundings and the type of fish in the area, the time of day and the area you're fishing at). I know external webpages provide this information, but I see no reason to boil fishing down to such a clinical level baseline.

Might as well ask them to have treasure maps place an exact map marker as soon as you inspect them, or have the hunt board list the spawn timer for each hunt target, or highlighting your optimal next move in Mini Cactpot. That's all information provided by external tools, but that, when provided in-game, breaks the immersion and character of that particular activity.
