That doesn't seem to me like much more than lets insult some characters to rile up the people who like said characters. If you had come out and said something about how some characters deaths would provide more meaning to the story or provide an interesting way of exploring the other characters more through their grief I wouldn't have responded. But instead you make two blatantly provocative statements without providing any context.

Seems like a classic bait, of which yes I am falling for probably but *shrugs*.

I mean, obviously i would like for their deaths to have some meaning and purpose. Doesn’t change the fact most of them are cardboard cutouts to me. Never liked them and most of them are incredibly boring and add very little, hence my comment. It’s my opinion on them. You don’t have to like it but marking it off as bait is counterproductive to discussion and i’d rather we not keep that continuing in the lore threads.
