I keep getting disconnected due to 90002

you said you had a technician install brand new equipment. i also see that a lot of troubleshooting has been done. so if i may ask one thing, do you have two devices for your network, such as a modem AND router?

edit: i see you mentioned having a modem and router. are you certain that your devices are in "bridging" mode? if its not enabled, it can cause this issue.

Thank you for your reply. I just checked my router configuration, and it is not set to "bridge", it is set to automatic. I will try setting the configuration to bridge and report back if this helps the issue. Thank you again for a suggestion I have not considered.


Edit: Set the configuration to bridge, Reset the entire network, went back into game, and got 90002 error within 5 minutes.
