    If you look at the skill icons, you see a mini icon showing you the condition for its use - front arrows, side arrows and evasion etc

    also theres blue arrows next to the tp bar that flash up when you get tp (or maybe when you get tp from auto-attack?)

    ...and they also have messed up cooldown timers

    The blue arrows are when you're moving and unable to cast

    I guess Blizzara must have new animation then.

    Edit:- ok according to the battle log they are both freeze but one hits for 126 and the other 558, perhaps crits have different animations ?
